Connecting with Students at the 2026 UMass Spring Housing Fair

At Amherst Innovative Living, we are always excited for opportunities to connect with students and share what makes our communities a great place to call home.

On March 11, our team participated in the 2026 Spring Housing Fair at the Student Union Ballroom on the campus of University of Massachusetts Amherst. Held from 1–3 p.m., the event brought together students exploring housing options and local communities offering information about off-campus living.

Throughout the afternoon, our team had the chance to meet with students, answer questions, and share more about what life looks like at Amherst Innovative Living. Visitors to our table could browse floor plans, pick up pamphlets, and learn more about the amenities and features available across our communities.

To make the event even more fun, we also brought plenty of giveaways. Students stopped by to grab free t-shirts, water bottles, sunglasses, and hats while learning about their housing options. We also hosted a raffle that included a Nespresso machine and other prizes, giving attendees an extra reason to stop by and connect with our team.

Events like the Spring Housing Fair are a great opportunity to build relationships with students and help them feel confident as they plan for the upcoming academic year. We always enjoy being part of these campus events and meeting the next group of residents who may soon call one of our communities home.
