Alex Laguerra Sierra, CAPS

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

As Director of Property Management, Alex is responsible for the vision, strategy, and success of Amherst Innovative Living, LLC and its managed projects. Alex's responsibilities include overseeing operations, business development, accounting, maintenance, marketing and leasing, resident relations and human resources. 

Alex began her career in student housing in Gainesville, Florida as a part-time leasing agent and has since held varied roles in large markets for several leaders in the multifamily industry. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth and Community Sciences from the University of Florida and earned her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor credential from the National Apartment Association in 2020. 

Cam Supple

LEASING COORDINATOR

As Leasing Coordinator for Amherst Innovative Living, LLC, Cam is responsible for approving and countersigning leases, assisting in application processing, reporting on leasing trends, and encouraging current residents to renew their leases!

Growing up local to Western MA, Cam received a Bachelor's Degree in History from Franklin Pierce University in May of 2021. Cam started with Amherst Innovative Living LLC as a Resident Relations Specialist in 2022, where he began to establish connections with residents and prospective residents of our communities. Cam brings an inspiring and positive attitude to the local market he calls home.

 

Miream Sierra, MBA

SPECIAL PROJECTS AND HUMAN RESOURCES

Miream is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in both profit and non-profit sectors. She is highly skilled in management, customer and employee experience, finance, construction projects, and public relations. With a strong commitment to community outreach and fluency in multiple languages, Miream leverages her expertise to create meaningful impact. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University and earned her Master of Business Administration with Utmost Distinction from Carlos Albizu University (Miami Campus).

Liz Brown

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Liz is the Assistant Director of Property Management for Amherst Innovative Living, LLC and is responsible for leading our team of Community Assistants, resident communication, customer service, community involvement, and on-site resident events.

Liz began working for Amherst Innovative Living, LLC as a Front Desk Concierge in 2020, while studying Biology and Public Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Today, Liz is dedicated to community growth and is always looking for new ways to have residents involved in the Amherst community.

 

Kendra Salviuolo

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

As the Accounts Manager for Amherst Innovative Living, LLC, Kendra is responsible for processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and collecting delinquency from current and past residents of all properties in the Amherst Innovative Living, LLC portfolio. 

As an undergraduate at UMass Amherst, Kendra lived and worked as a Community Assistant at Olympia Place until she graduated in May of 2021. Kendra holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a minor in Sociology. She loves living in Amherst, and being a part of Amherst Innovative Living, LLC provides her the opportunity to work for the community she loves and watch it thrive.
