Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a full-time, proactive Maintenance Supervisor who will lead and train a team of Maintenance Technicians and Janitor and Groundskeepers with the completion of daily service requests and routine and preventative cleaning and maintenance for a growing portfolio of apartments. The incumbent will be responsible for organizing work schedules, securing vendors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures are in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), safety policies, and warranties. The goal is to ensure that the communities under management are always in excellent and safe condition.

Part-Time Community Assistant
We are looking for a part-time Community Assistant that will serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, guarantors and vendors. Community Assistants should be able to work independently, efficiently, be friendly and able to provide helpful service to all they encounter.

Resident Relations Specialist
Our Resident Relations Specialists are full-time energetic, detailed, and customer-focused professionals. They work as a team to simplify the complexities of leasing, give tours of our properties, assist prospects and residents with their concerns, and turn interested parties into residents.

Temporary Office Staff (Summer Only)
We are looking for temporary office team members who will assist with clerical work including filing, organizing, creating move-in packets and keys as well as walking apartments for quality control as we get ready for annual move-ins.

Temporary Maintenance Technician (Summer Only)
We are looking for temporary maintenance team members who should have basic hand tool knowledge, be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, have familiarity with painting and basic hand tools, and an ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Property Management Operations Intern
We are looking for a part-time student interested in a career that incorporates legal compliance, marketing, accounting skills, and customer relations in order to operate communities where residents love where they live.
