North Hadley Asparagus Days 2026

Back in May, members of the AIL team had the opportunity to attend the first North Hadley Asparagus Days at the North Hadley Sugar Shack. After the Asparagus Festival had to be cancelled for a second year in a row, the North Hadley Sugar Shack banded together with local community members, businesses, and organizations to host their own festival. All proceeds from the sponsors and donations went to the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts and the Edward Hopkins Educational Foundation. Amherst Innovative Living enjoyed being able to support two vital organizations and connect with our community!

Although Asparagus Days features and celebrates the iconic crop, our team also connected many local farmers and vendors, providing a wide variety of items for attendees to purchase. We also enjoyed live music and local food, such as the Sugar Shack’s wide variety of asparagus foods! The festival was a wonderful event for members of the community to come together and celebrate local agriculture and support local organizations.
