Connecting with Community: Spring Fling Job Fair at the Hampshire Mall

Recently, we had the opportunity to attend the Spring Fling Multi-Industry Job Fair at the Hampshire Mall, hosted by MassHire - and it was such a great way to connect with the local community.

Throughout the event, we met a wide range of job seekers, from those actively pursuing new roles to others simply curious about different career paths. Conversations flowed naturally as we shared more about opportunities within property management - from maintenance and operations to resident services and leasing. It was especially meaningful to highlight the variety of roles available and help people see how their skills might translate into this field.

We also had the chance to build relationships beyond just hiring - connecting with other organizations and industries represented at the fair. Events like this really do create space for collaboration, learning, and discovering new possibilities, both for employers and job seekers alike.

Hosted by MassHire, the event was free and open to the public, making it an accessible and welcoming environment for anyone interested in exploring what’s out there. The turnout reflected that - steady, engaged, and full of great conversations.
