WinterFest Amherst 2025 brought the chill and the cheer to town—and Amherst Innovative Living was right in the heart of it.

From February 15th–22nd, Amherst transformed into a winter wonderland with free community events, games, music, food, and local art across town. One of the biggest hits? The 2nd Annual WinterFest Games at the Mill River Recreation Area on Saturday, February 15th—an event proudly sponsored by Amherst Innovative Living (AIL).

Supporting community fun, one s’more at a time

As property managers and community builders, AIL goes beyond housing to connect with residents and neighbors in meaningful ways. At the WinterFest Games, AIL helped create a playful atmosphere with carnival games, street hockey, and sweet treats like s’mores. Guests could even test their snack speed in the return of the beloved Atkins Cider Donut Eating Contest! The event was all about warmth—of the cocoa kind and the community kind—and AIL’s presence underscored their commitment to supporting vibrant local life.
