We are looking for Temporary Maintenance Technicians to join our team who should have basic hand tool knowledge, be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, have familiarity with "handyman work" and painting, and an ability to learn quickly. Work is available from from May 1 to September 6.

There are three turnover periods annually, called TURN: 

6/17 - 7/5

7/18 - 8/2

8/15 - 9/6

Applicants should be available to work one, two or all three of the periods. During TURN, hours will vary weekly, since the company is open consecutive days for extended hours, but a minimum of 35 hours per week will be scheduled. 

Overtime is common for this role and applicants will be paid time and half for all hours worked over 40 in a given work week (Monday through Sunday). 

A valid driver's license and vehicle in Amherst are preferred for this position. Hiring is contingent upon references and successfully passing a background check screening.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
