Hunting for Fun: AIL’s Easter Egg Event Brings Residents Together

Spring showed up in the best way this year - with sunshine, community, and a whole lot of hidden eggs. AIL hosted an Easter egg hunt for residents, turning an ordinary day into something playful, memorable, and just a little bit competitive (in the best way).

Residents of all ages joined in, searching high and low for colorful eggs scattered throughout the space. Some were easy finds, others… not so much. But that was part of the fun. Laughter, quick footsteps, and a few “I found one!” moments filled the air as everyone got into the spirit of the hunt.

Of course, what’s an egg hunt without a few rewards? Lucky participants walked away with prizes like gift cards to Starbucks and Dunkin', along with plenty of candy to go around. Whether you came for the prizes or just for the experience, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Easter egg hunts actually have a long-standing tradition, dating back hundreds of years in Europe. The idea of hiding eggs - often seen as symbols of new life - became a fun and meaningful way to celebrate the season. Over time, the tradition evolved into the colorful, candy-filled hunts we know today, bringing communities together year after year.

And that’s exactly what this event did. It wasn’t just about finding eggs - it was about creating a moment for residents to connect, laugh, and enjoy where they live. Events like this are a simple reminder that community can be built in small, joyful ways.

Keep an eye out for more resident events coming soon - you never know what we’ll be hiding next.
